Barclays Capital has been named ‘Best Real Estate Debt House in the UK' and ‘Best Commercial Bank in the UK’ at Euromoney magazine's annual Liquid Real Estate Awards.

The awards are voted on by peers, developers, advisors and investors. Survey participants are asked to vote on which firms they thought were best for real estate products and services.

These awards recognise Barclays Capital’s market leading position in the core UK real estate finance market.
