Hong Kong – Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, today announced that Kevin Ho has joined the firm as Managing Director, Head of Futures, Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Mr. Ho will work closely with partners across Asia Pacific to help realise the firm’s growth plans for its Futures business in the region.

Ryan Bacher, Head of Prime Services, Asia Pacific, said about the appointment, “Kevin’s breadth of experience and expertise in the region is well aligned with the firm's goal of developing a leading global futures franchise.”

Mr. Ho joins Barclays Capital from UBS where he spent eight years in various senior roles in their Prime Services and Futures businesses in Hong Kong. He most recently served as Head of Asian Futures.

Barclays Capital has also recently hired Seng Mow Leong from UBS for the Futures Product Management team. Mr. Leong is located in Singapore and strengthens our capabilities for futures electronic trading products in the region.
